LunchEaze Terms of Use

• •Registration: Student accounts are created strictly by the Hostel Administration. You will be provided with a unique Student ID and Password upon onboarding.
• •Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your Student ID and password secure. Do not share your account access with other students to book meals on their behalf.
• •Accuracy: Ensure your room number and contact details are always up to date with the admin desk so vendors can correctly assign and deliver your meals.

• •Cutoff Times: All lunch bookings and cancellations must be completed before the hostel's designated cutoff time. Bookings cannot be altered once the dispatch is locked.
• •Missed Meals: If you book a meal and do not collect it, it will be marked as "Missed". It counts against your quota and cannot be refunded or carried over to the next day.

• •Mandatory Returns: Students must return their empty tiffin boxes to their respective tiffin vendor by the given time.
• •Penalties: Failure to return tiffins (marked as "Not Returned") multiple times may result in a temporary suspension of booking privileges or a penalty fee imposed by the hostel administration.

• •Service Scope: LunchEaze is purely a software platform facilitating the booking and tracking of meals. We do not prepare, package, or transport the food.
• •Health & Allergies: Any concerns regarding food quality, hygiene, or allergies must be taken up directly with the hostel administration or the assigned vendor through the app's Complaints section.

The administration reserves the right to suspend or permanently block any account (student or vendor) found abusing the system, exploiting bugs, falsifying dispatch statuses, or violating hostel rules. Let's keep it fair for everyone.
